Couple portraits

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! I’m based between Kent and London, but I’m happy to travel across the UK and beyond. Travel within Kent, London, and nearby counties is included in my packages. For further afield, I’ll provide a simple custom quote for travel and accommodation if needed.

2. HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

For full-day coverage, you can expect 500+ fully edited, high-resolution images. I focus on quality and storytelling — delivering all the best moments, rather than a fixed number.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I completely understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule, I’ll always do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. If I’m not available, I’m happy to recommend trusted photographers in my network.

If you need to cancel altogether, the booking fee is non-refundable, as it secures your date and I turn away other bookings. However, I approach every situation with understanding — if you’re facing exceptional circumstances, please reach out and we can talk it through.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! I offer beautiful, fine art albums and a range of high-quality prints, which can be added to your package at any stage. They’re a lovely way to bring your images to life off-screen.

5. We're a bit camera shy, is that a problem?

Not at all. Most of my couples say this before the day! My approach is very relaxed — I give gentle direction when needed (especially during portraits), but mostly I work quietly in the background, capturing natural, candid moments.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! Before your wedding, I’ll send over a questionnaire and we’ll chat through the moments that matter most to you — whether that’s particular people, details, or traditions.

I’ll always aim to capture the natural flow of the day, but having insight into what’s especially important to you helps me ensure nothing gets missed. If you have a few must-have group shots or creative ideas, just let me know — I’m happy to make them happen!

7. Can we meet before the session?

Definitely! I love meeting couples before the big day or any session to get to know each other better. Whether it’s a quick coffee in London or a chat over Zoom, it helps us build a comfortable connection so you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera.

Meeting beforehand also means I can learn more about your style and what you want from your photos — making sure everything feels personal and stress-free.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You’ll get a sneak peek gallery within 72 hours of your wedding or session, so you can relive some highlights quickly! The full, beautifully edited gallery will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the season and workload.
